Turning Stone announced the opening of Noodle Noodle, a new authentic noodle bar that offers a variety of authentic Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and Thai noodle bowls in a unique, casual atmosphere. The most recent addition to an already impressive roster of more than 20 signature dining venues, Noodle Noodle features a precise menu of pho, curry, ramen and wonton noodle bowls, served with a variety of flavor options allowing guests to customize the taste to their own individual palates.
Increasing in popularity across the country, traditional noodle bars like Turning Stone’s Noodle Noodle offer both international and domestic guests a variety of garnishes for customizing the flavor to their own individual taste. At Noodle Noodle, the noodle bowls feature light and fragrant soup broths, served with additional items to balance the flavor such as Thai basil, thinly sliced jalapeños, bean sprouts, scallions, fresh cilantro and freshly cut limes. Additional flavorful condiments are also available including sriracha sauce (hot) and fish sauce (savory and lightly sweet flavor).
Prepared by Noodle Noodle’s experienced chefs and served by a highly-trained counter staff, the pho, curry, ramen, wonton and other delectable noodle bowls range from $9 to $12, and bao dumplings are available for $7 (three per order). Specialty drinks include hot teas and Vietnamese iced coffee for $3 or less, with specialty Asian beers and sake rounding out the menu for $5 to $12.
Turning Stone offers more than 20 signature restaurants and dining options. Within the last year alone, Turning Stone announced an all-new dining experience at its Forbes Four Star rated Wildflowers restaurant and opened six new restaurants in its new Food Hall. Led by Executive Chef Ron Ross, an award-winner and graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America, Turning Stone’s culinary team is integral to the resort’s constant dining transformation.
