Turning Stone Earns Three Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence for Sixth Consecutive Year
Turning Stone Resort Casino’s Wildflowers, TS Steakhouse and Pino Bianco restaurants all received Wine Spectator’s 2018 Awards of Excellence for their outstanding wine selections. This is the sixth year all three restaurants have earned this honor, and the seventh consecutive year for Wildflowers and Pino Bianco.
Turning Stone Resort Casino has once again earned the distinguished honor of having three restaurants receive Wine Spectator’s highly-respected Awards of Excellence. The resort’s TS Steakhouse, Wildflowers and Pino Bianco were each selected as 2018 winners, recognized for their outstanding wine lists among restaurants from all 50 states and 75 other countries.
This is the sixth year that all three of the restaurants have earned this elite placement, but Wildflowers and Pino Bianco boast an additional year of the accolade on their resumes from before TS Steakhouse opened atop The Tower at Turning Stone in late 2012.
Wine Spectator’s awards honor exceptional restaurants which “deliver appropriate choices to satisfy discerning wine lovers.” To be named a winner, venues must feature “a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.”
Turning Stone has certainly lived up to its own high standards of excellence. The renowned destination resort is marking a milestone 25th Anniversary this July. In its two-and-a-half decades of success, Turning Stone has grown into one of the largest tourist destinations in New York and is the only resort in the entire Northeast to have earned three Forbes Four-Star Awards and three AAA Four Diamond awards at one property.
