For Will Call, tickets can be picked up at any time on the day of the event from TS Guest Services. Please note that we are moving towards a digital ticketing experience to facilitate contactless entry for shows and at TS Guest Services. Digital tickets can be sent conveniently to your mobile device at any time.

TS Rewards members have access to tickets earlier than the general public. If you have used your TS Rewards Card within the past 12 months, you are eligible to purchase tickets during the TS Rewards Presale for all shows in The Event Center and The Showroom. 

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR TS REWARDS PRESALE TICKETS

1. Click the "Access Presale" button on the desired show's event page - found on the Event Calendar - to join the online queue.
2. When it's your turn, a lightbox will appear with a list of presales. Input your TS Rewards Card number found on your TS Rewards card.
3. Once unlocked, you will be able to select your seats and complete your purchase.

Your Phone is Your Ticket

Since August 12, 2022 all Ticketmaster tickets for The Event Center and The Showroom have been converted into a SafeTix format. SafeTix is the latest technology that will allow you to simply tap your mobile device on one of our readers, making entry even faster.

As you get ready for your show, have the Ticketmaster App downloaded or the tickets downloaded into your device Wallet. Screenshots or print-at-home tickets will not be accepted – your phone is your ticket!

To better accommodate your seating needs, accessible seating can be purchased online or at TS Guest Services.

Q. What types of ticket payments are accepted?
A. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card.

Q. Are children allowed into The Event Center and The Showroom?
A. Children are permitted in both The Event Center and The Showroom except for comedy acts or other performances noted as 18 years of age and over. The price of the child's ticket is the same as an adult ticket. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the gaming floor. ID may be required. 

Q. What are the parking options at Turning Stone?
A. Free, onsite parking is available in several lots and in the multistory parking garage. There is a shuttle provided for lots farther out. Valet parking is complimentary for registered guests of The Tower, The Brook and The Lodge. Valet parking is available for day guests for $6 at The Tower, The Brook and The Lodge entrances.

Q. How do I access my mobile tickets?
A. Download the Ticketmaster app to view your events and log in to your account, find your order and view your tickets. To enter the show, just scan your ticket right from your phone.

• View your tickets before you go so they're loaded in the app just in case cell service is slow at your venue.
• Turn your phone brightness up so the ticket scanner can read the barcode easier.
