This artisan market takes your taste buds on a tour d’italia including wood-fired pizzas, scratch-made pasta with hearty sauces, aged cheese, cured meats and more.

Seafood | Sustainable Seafood Station

When the fishing boats set out to sea in the early morning hours, their catches vary day to day, season to season. That’s the beauty of fresh seafood, that it’s truly a celebration of the bounty of the sea. Our sustainable seafood is sourced from regional fisheries in Boston and Canada based on what’s available, meaning there’s always something exciting to explore on this artisan menu. Fish fry will also be served.

Flavors of Asia | Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese Station

The flavors of Asian cuisine are as diverse as its many ancient cultures. This artisan market serves a variety of breads, rolls, pies, pastries, cakes and oven-fresh delights made from scratch daily by Turning Stone’s award-winning pastry team. 7 KITCHENS is located at New York’s most awarded resort, Turning Stone Resort Casino, home to more than 20 unique restaurants in the heart of Central New York – about 35 minutes east of Syracuse, 25 minutes west of Utica and 15 minutes southwest of Rome. Valet parking is available at The Tower at Turning Stone, The Brook at Turning Stone and The Lodge at Turning Stone, along with plenty of free parking at a four-level parking garage next to The Event Center.
