If you’re looking for an Italian restaurant with some of the best calamari, Neapolitan pizza and homemade pasta in Central New York, Pino Bianco has the menu for you. For a Northern Italian classic, try our Salumi E Formaggi, featuring house dry-aged meats, smoked cheese, imported olives, grilled artichokes and crostini.
Enjoy scratch-made pizzas or choose a savory entrée like our filet mignon or sea bass with risotto. Pasta is a specialty of the house at Pino Bianco, as are hearty sauces like our beautiful Bolognese. Pino Bianco Location

Pino Bianco is located at New York’s most awarded resort, Turning Stone Resort Casino. One of more than 20 restaurants on property, you’ll find one of Central New York’s best Italian restaurants about 35 minutes east of Syracuse, 25 minutes west of Utica and 15 minutes southwest of Rome. Valet parking is available at The Tower/Brook and The Lodge, along with plenty of free parking at a four-level parking garage next to the Event Center.

Chef Megan Reyes

From the time Megan Reyes stepped into her first kitchen job at summer camp as a teenager, she knew she wanted to be a chef. While in school at SUNY Cobleskill, Chef Megan first joined Turning Stone as a culinary extern in 2012, gaining valuable experience working at a variety of the resort's award-winning restaurants, including Wildflowers, Emerald Restaurant and Pino Biano.

After moving up the ranks at Pino Bianco from Line Cook to Lead Cook to Sous-Chef before being named Chef de Cuisine, Chef Megan says her biggest culinary influences are the talented chefs she gets to work - and learn - alongside at Turning Stone.

As Chef de Cuisine at Pino Bianco, Chef Megan is looking forward to perfecting classic Italian dishes, while introducing modern elements and new surprises on the menu. Chef Megan loves all of the flavors and variety of Italian cuisine, combined with the rich culture and history. A true culinary artist, she really enjoys being able to "play with her food" on a daily basis and looks forward to sharing her art with guests.
