Bingo
One of the many ways to ring in the New Year at Turning Stone Resort Casino is in our Bingo Hall, and you can order your seats now for sessions on December 31, 2021, as well as January 1-3, 2022.
The first of these popular sessions will be on New Year’s Eve, when guests vie for their share of $135,000 in total prizes. Doors open at 2 p.m., the early-bird session begins at 4 p.m., and the main session starts at 7 p.m. Just before midnight, one lucky bingo player will win a drawing for a wad of cash totaling $2,022.
Games that day pay $3,000 apiece with $1,000 second-chance prizes, and the winner of the Level 3 jackpot will earn $10,000. Director of Bingo Operations Samantha Archer noted that all guests will receive dinner, a book with coupons for one free special book each month, and a gift.
“There’s a lot to be excited about,” she said. “If you like bingo, this is a great way to celebrate 2022.”
Samantha was bullish on pre-sales, noting that one of the reasons to purchase tickets ahead of time is to eliminate the wait on December 31. According to Samantha, when you take advantage of pre-sale, you go straight to your seat and one of the attendants will hand-deliver a package of boards.
Pre-sales also are available for “Coupon Days” January 1-3. Players in these games receive a coupon booklet with discounts for games throughout the entire year. January 1 is an evening session during which regular games pay $1,199 apiece. The game also happens to be Boogie Bingo, which unfolds under black light.
Regular-game payouts on January 2 are $1,000, with second-chance prizes coming in at $500 per game. Contests during the “Big Money” day of January 3rd net winners $2,000 apiece—the highest dollar amount of the holiday weekend.
For those looking to play bingo on Christmas, Turning Stone has games then, too.
The session on Christmas Eve is a matinee, and the games on Christmas Day unfold in the evening. Buy-ins for each start at $22 and include special boards. The first 500 people each day get free gifts, too.
“We’re trying to do our part to make sure people have a nice holiday,” Samantha said. “If you don’t have plans to celebrate Christmas with family, we look forward to welcoming you and having you celebrate with us in the Bingo Hall.”
