Turning Stone Resort Casino has been commemorating its 28th anniversary all summer, and the latest cause for celebration is a brand-new lounge for TS Rewards members.

The exclusive hideaway, dubbed The Parlor, opened in mid-July. It is open on weekends for TS Rewards members at Sapphire level and above, and Sunday through Thursday for TS Rewards members at Onyx level and higher.

The lounge itself is exquisite, with red tufted leather chairs, creating a comfortable place to sit down and relax.

There are multiple rooms, private bathrooms, and a central area where guests can enjoy a complimentary buffet dinner and open bar.

Food at the buffet is prepared by Turning Stone Resort Casino chefs and always features multiple options for guests to enjoy. The bar is stocked with a wide variety of liquors and several beers from local breweries on tap.

Dan Jones, director of guest experience at Turning Stone, says the new lounge is a great place for players to come and unwind before heading out onto the gaming floor to hit the slots, play the tables, or spend a few hours in the bingo hall. He describes the lounge as an “oasis,” and notes that it is the direct result of feedback from guests over time.

“We heard from TS Rewards members that they really wanted a place to come and relax, ” Dan says. “The Oneida Indian Nation is committed to listening to guests and giving them what they want, so it wasn’t really a question of ‘if’ but rather a question of ‘when.’”

In the future, The Parlor may expand its hours. Currently, the lounge is open from 5-10 p.m. daily.
