Game Time = Great Food
Nothing pairs better with football than delicious drinks and satisfying snacks, and Turning Stone Resort Casino has a host of food and drink options to keep everyone nourished and well-fed as the action on the gridiron unfolds each week.
Most of the football-specific options are available in two locations near the front of the resort: The Lounge with Caesars Sports (of course) and Upstate Tavern.
At the Tavern, two food specials are available every day there’s a college or NFL football game: the Game Day Burger with cheese, onion rings, barbecue sauce and fries; and Everything Poutine with chicken tenders tossed in house-made everything sauce, Yancy Fancy cheese curds, bacon, and ranch. Beer specials change every week (and sometimes daily, depending on what’s available).
Food and drink options in the Lounge are available all the time.
Here, goodies range from fries and dips to wings and sliders. Popular game-day choices include warm Bavarian pretzels served with a mustard horseradish cheese sauce; bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado salad; and flatbreads.
Larger groups of guests also love the Lounge’s Parlay Platter, which essentially is a sampler of four items off a smaller list.
(Our advice: Always get the spinach and artichoke dip, which is served with fry bread.)
Of course, there are no shortage of food options elsewhere around the resort. One of the best ways to celebrate a big win for the hometown Buffalo Bills is with the Upstate New York delicacy of Chicken Riggies at Pino Bianco. Similarly, a New York Strip Steak at the TS Steakhouse seems like an appropriate strategy for honoring the tenacious defense of the New York Giants.
In truth, all the food and beverage outlets at Turning Stone Resort Casino are great additions to your football routine. Just be sure not to cheer with your mouth full.
