There’s no question that the personal chef for Buffalo Bills Wide Receiver Stefon Diggs knows good food. So when Chef Darian Bryan and his wife Jessica visited TS Steakhouse at Turning Stone Resort Casino last month, we considered it a pretty big deal.

The visit alone was quite an honor. But when Chef Darian took to social media, posted photos of our food on Instagram, and raved about the experience in our signature restaurant, it blew us away.

Basically, he shouted out to us in front of more than 26,000 followers.

“’Wow,’ is really all we can say,” Chef Darian wrote in a candid and heartfelt email to members of our communications team after he and his wife visited. “The food, the service and the atmosphere [were] incredible. We seriously are so grateful, thank you so much for having us. We will absolutely be back!”

This wasn’t Chef Darian’s first experience with the Oneida Indian Nation’s culinary team. Earlier this summer, Darian posted photos on the same Instagram account (@chefdarianbryan, for those of you scoring at home) of being at The Lake House.

It turns out that Jessica is from a town near Sylvan Beach, and the two of them were there to check out the new digs.

During their meal at the Steakhouse, Darian and Jessica ordered some of our fan favorites: the New York Strip, our lobster macaroni and cheese, the miso Chilean sea bass, and roasted bone marrow. Because they visited for dinner, we’re confident the duo was treated to a spectacular sunset, as well—one of the most wonderful experiences of dining on the 21st floor.

We’re delighted that Chef Darian and his wife chose to dine with us at TS Steakhouse and look forward to hosting them again.
