The 7 Kitchens buffet has started serving brunch on weekends—a big deal with a literal smorgasbord of options including pancakes, crepes, and made-to-order omelets.

Brunch service is offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.

Chef de Cuisine Dustin Tuthill said he was “excited” about the new offering, noting that guests had been clamoring for it since 7 Kitchens opened last year. He said he’s been thinking about some of the recipes from Day 1.

“Brunch is one of those meals that sets the tone for the day and gets you started on the right foot,” he said. “I love breakfast food.”

The 7 Kitchens brunch menu includes a breakfast burrito station; a station with classics such as bacon, scrambled eggs, and corned beef hash; a carving station; a make-your-own-omelet station; a pancake and French toast bar; and a station that serves blintzes, crepes, and pull-apart monkey bread. The pancake and French toast station will boast a host of toppings such as berries and whipped cream.

Other stations will offer pizza, Asian goodies, and regional classics such as Chicken Riggies.

Dustin said the omelet station likely will be the busiest of the bunch, adding that people love being able to create their own omelets.

“Omelets are really the cornerstone of a brunch menu,” he said. “It’s the one thing everyone expects to see. We’ll be offering a bunch of different toppings, as well as a variety of cheeses and ham and sausage, so guests can make whatever omelet they can choose.”

There will be rotating brunch specials throughout the year; Dustin noted many of them will have seasonal focus on produce that is readily available at the time of meal prep. Brunch is served on weekend days from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The price: $34 for adults, $17 for kids ages 5-12, and free for kids 4 and younger.
