The Secret to our Longevity
One of the reasons Turning Stone Resort Casino has been able to remain successful over the years: We’re constantly evolving.
This summer will bring more of the same—major renovations, serious upgrades and a commitment to doing whatever it takes to remain the best and most exciting gaming and resort destination in Upstate New York.
Most of these upgrades are in conjunction with our 28th anniversary on July 21. We provide details about the brand-new Showroom below. In previous issues of this newsletter, we’ve shared information about the new Atrium Bar at The Lodge. Another milestone on the horizon: This December we will open our brand-new buffet concept, which we’re calling 7 Kitchens.
7 Kitchens will redefine the traditional buffet experience by combining a variety of quality artisan food prepared by Turning Stone’s award-winning culinary team with contemporary design from Sixteeenfifty Creative Intelligence, the same creative team who helped develop the resort’s TS Steakhouse, Upstate Tavern, and Tin Rooster. Sixteenfifty also was part of the team behind Point Place Casino and the newly remodeled YBR Casino & Sports Book.
Specifically, the 7 Kitchens menu will offer something for everyone—a true achievement for Oneida Nation Enterprise Executive Chef Ron Ross. Turning Stone’s culinary team has curated a menu for the restaurant’s seven market-style stations that will feature a mix of new food options, while also offering new twists on all the classics. .
Turning Stone guests have endured the entire pandemic without a buffet. It’s exciting to know the buffet is returning.
Other new offerings eventually will include an extensive refurbishment of the Shenendoah Clubhouse and an upgrade for the Cypress Conference Center. The slogan for our renovation campaign is the “Best Never Rest.” These developments are great examples of how and why.
