7 Kitchens to Open April 29
When the new 7 Kitchens buffet opens on Friday, April 29, it will change the landscape of food and beverage options at Turning Stone Resort Casino.
7 Kitchens is an experience. We like to think of it as culinary theater. And we’ve designed it to deliver delicious food, over-the-top service, and a new spin on all-you-can-eat dining that is unlike anything our guests have seen before.
A new buffet is a big deal around here, especially considering how much guests loved the previous iteration. Chef de Cuisine Dustin Tuthill likened dining at 7 Kitchens to eating at seven different restaurants under one roof. He added that the extensive menu will appeal to every palate with its range of flavors.
“There’s something for every kind of eater at the new 7 Kitchens,” he said. “The buffet will offer a host of new and exciting items as well as twists on classics and some of the old favorites that everybody loves.”
Dustin added that while service at 7 Kitchens will be top-notch, the breadth and depth of menu offerings really will steal the show.
Specifically, the new buffet will comprise a dim-sum station with individual baskets of dumplings, a seafood station with maple-glazed salmon on cedar planks, a carving station with prime rib and turkey, a taco station with tacos and handmade empanadas, an Italian station with Chicken Riggies and Utica Greens, a dessert station with one-of-a-kind pastries, and an antipasto station with cured meats and more.
Ray Halbritter, Oneida Nation Enterprises CEO, said he was excited for the new spot to open.
“Our goal for 7 Kitchens was to introduce a completely new dining concept and create an experience unlike anything else you can find in the Northeast,” said Mr. Halbritter, who also serves as CEO of Oneida Nation Enterprises. “The menu and presentation curated by our culinary team combined with the absolutely stunning space will make 7 Kitchens a truly memorable dining destination.”
With seating for more than 370 guests overall, 7 Kitchens will be Turning Stone’s largest restaurant by far. During its initial launch (and for the immediate future thereafter), the buffet will be open only for dinner on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We’ll see you there.
