The year 2023 is a big year for Turning Stone Resort Casino—a year full of fun and notable activities that exemplify the one-of-a-kind experience that continues to make us Upstate New York’s No. 1 destination.

This March, for instance, for the second year in a row, we’ll host the World Series of Poker Tournament Series. This year’s tournament will include a new Ladies-Only Event, and Turning Stone poker players will have a chance to vie for 16 WSOP Gold Rings, more than $1 million guaranteed in cash winnings, and a chance to win a seat in the nationally-televised WSOP “Tournament of Champions” in Las Vegas.

To put these opportunities into perspective, we doled out $4.4 million in cash winnings during the 2022 event, and we expect to exceed that amount this year.

This summer, we’ll host the annual International Boxing Hall of Fame Weekend as we do every year. This year’s event is scheduled for June 8-11, and it will comprise a kick-off event, the Friday night fight card, the banquet of champions, and a parade through nearby Canastota and conclusion back here at Turning Stone with the Induction Ceremony.

As usual, the lineup of Hall of Fame inductees is sure to pack a punch (see what we did there?).

We’re bringing in some spectacular entertainment, too. The crew from the TV show “Dancing with the Stars” visits this coming weekend and will turn the Event Center into a legitimate dance party. In April, comedian Dane Cook and the rock band Chicago will headline separate shows in the same venue.

Add to this mix  intimate musical performances at The Showroom and rocking nightlife at Exit 33, and Turning Stone will remain the place to be in 2023.
