All guests and visitors must register at the office. Visitors are charged a $5 per car fee for their use of the facilities, which include restrooms, pools and activity programs. Visitors must register in the Guest Services Office. Please advise your visitors of the guest fee prior to arrival. If you would like to pay in advance for your visitors, you may do so at the office. Guest should leave by 10:00pm.

Cancellation Policy, 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellation fee, one night stay plus tax.

No buddy sites.
Quiet hours: 11:00pm – 8:00am
Campfires or cooking fires in existing fire pits only. Do not move fire rings. Please extinguish fire before leaving site.
No RV, trailer or car washing.
No clothes lines please.
No tent camping allowed.
No fireworks allowed.
Sewage or gray matter must not be dumped on ground.
Sites must be cleaned before leaving.
Speed limit under 10mph – for the safety of the children – is strictly enforced.
Must display site and vehicle pass at all times; 2 vehicles/site.
Vandalism will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate eviction with no refund of monies paid.
Bicycles – Children under 16 years of age must wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. Bicycle riding after sun set is permitted only if the bike has a front light and rear reflectors.
One person allowed on a scooter at a time.
Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times.
Dogs and other pets – No pets allowed in the bath house or service buildings. Dogs must be on a short leash at all times. Pets must not be left alone at the campsite at any time. A continuously barking dog will not be tolerated. Owners must clean up after their pets. Pets are prohibited from using pools and ponds. Visitors may not bring any pets into campgrounds. Pets must have owner I.D. and rabies tags.
Vehicles – Gas-powered 3- and 4- wheeled ATVs, non-registered mopeds and scooters are not allowed. Underage children on golf carts must be accompanied by an adult. Golf carts may only be operated on paved surfaces, and owners must provide proof of insurance.
Electric vehicles (EVs) must obey all traffic signs, speed limits and be courteous to fellow campers. EV charging stations are only located at Turning Stone Resort Casino. Please do not charge EVs at RV sites.
Site requests – we welcome site requests; however, we cannot guarantee specific site. We reserve the right to substitute campsites.
Pools – Swim in designated swimming areas only. No life guard on duty and children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. No glass, alcoholic beverages or food allowed in pool area. Daily pool hours are posted. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. No passes will be issued to the casino pool.
Other information – The Villages at Turning Stone are not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, utility failure or improper accommodations. Additional parking is available. We don’t recommend walking the trails after dark. Board walks may be slippery when wet. When renting pedal boats, all boaters must wear life vests at all times. No horse-play on boats, no bumping into other boats. Boats are issued from the office. Please obey all posted rules.
