Dr. Andrade’s journey began with a family medicine residency at St. Joseph Health in Syracuse where she cultivated her commitment to holistic patient care. Now, she combines her clinical acumen with her passion for aesthetics, helping individuals look and feel their best.

Known for her compassionate care and inspiring leadership, Dr. Andrade previously served as Medical Director of the St. Joseph Health Emergency Department, following her tenure as its Assistant Medical Director.

Azerina discovered her love for aesthetic medicine while working as an RN in the fast- paced world of the Emergency Department. David Freed

David’s journey into aesthetics and wellness is rooted in his rich and diverse healthcare background. After serving as a 19D Recon Scout in the Army and working as a firefighter/EMT, he earned his RN from St. Elizabeth’s College of Nursing in 2007. Specializing in emergency nursing, he gained invaluable experience as an agency nurse across multiple hospitals, honing his adaptability and dedication to excellence in care.

Through his work caring for the sick and injured, David was inspired to focus on proactive health and aesthetics, recognizing the transformative power of helping people feel their best inside and out. Prior to joining Ahsi Aesthetics by Rome Health, David ran his own successful aesthetics practice, offering IV hydration, wellness injections, and red light body contouring therapy.
