
Cardio Circuit - Using the Step and high/low floor aerobics, get your fill in just 30 minutes.
Cardioga - Begin this class with an energizing mix of cardio, then stretch and lengthen the muscles with flowing Vinyasa style Yoga. It's a perfect combination.
Circuit Training - Moving from exercise to exercise without rest, this class is a very efficient way to build muscle strength and endurance.
Core Challenge - Train coordination, balance and strength of the muscles of the torso, in the non stop challenging, progressive class.
Group Training - Three clients at a time will be with a trainer for an efficiently designed workout. $15 fee per session.
Pilates - Taught in the classical style, this class will move through exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. The focus will be on technique and developing a mind/body connection.
R & R - "Repair and Rebalance" focus on the benefits of moving in proper form and alignment. This class will combine stretching and balance practice with core work and conscious breathing.
Total Body Tone - A safe and effective full body strengthening class designed to improve the tone of your muscles and the shape of your body.
Yoga - Learn the basics of Hatha Yoga broken down pose by pose.
