Day Groups

Group Requirements

• Bus operators are responsible for the communication of bonus packages to their group leaders or line run passengers. Group leaders are responsible for communication of the bonus to all passengers
• Passengers will receive only one gaming bonus upon arrival. Our greet staff will contact the group leader / motor coach operator for gaming breakdown for an expedient arrival.
• In the event of a delay of the bus either for arrival or departure, the group leader, escort or bus driver must notify the bus information desk with expected time frame 1.315.361.8673
• All passengers MUST be at least 18 years of age and are required to provide valid state or federal photo ID with date of birth
• Motor coaches must use the transportation center for all drop off and pick ups. Buses must park in designated parking lots
• Turning Stone Resort · Casino reserves the right to change, alter or cancel arrival bonus packages at any time
• Turning Stone Resort · Casino reserves the right to turn away or revoke the privilege to make future reservations for violation of any one or more of the above policies
• Advance reservations are requested prior to arrival
• Special Group Leader packages available
• Group Leaders are encouraged to participate in our special incentive program
• Guests must arrive on a properly registered and insured motor coach

• SavOn Diesel - Located at the corner of Rt 31 & Rt 365 just minutes from Turning Stone Resort · Casino - Offers the lowest priced diesel in the area and diesel maintenance
• SavOn Car Care - Located on Patrick Rd and Rt 365, offers motor coach cleaning and washing, appointments and fees are available upon request - Call 1.315.829.8103
• The Villages at Turning Stone - RV Park located on Rt 365 - Dumping station located for your convenience at a nominal fee (must check in at the RV Park front desk)
