7 KITCHENS is located at New York’s most awarded resort, Turning Stone Resort Casino, home to more than 20 unique restaurants in the heart of Central New York – about 35 minutes east of Syracuse, 25 minutes west of Utica and 15 minutes southwest of Rome. Valet parking is available at The Tower at Turning Stone, The Hotel at Turning Stone and The Lodge at Turning Stone, along with plenty of free parking at a four-level parking garage next to The Event Center.
